At Haitai Seeds, your success is our commitment. Our guarantee is to provide the highest quality of seeds from top breeders and suppliers all over the world. We do not sell any genetically modified seed. All the seeds that we offer for sale have been tested for germination, purity and vigor periodically to ensure the quality and compliance.

Claims for any defect or damage in the product must be presented back to us within 30 days after discovery. We will either replace the items or refund the purchase price to meet our customer’s satisfaction guarantee.

The liability of Haitai Seeds is limited to the purchase price of the seeds and shall not be liable for any consequential or incidental damages due to breach of the foregoing warranty for negligence or any other unpredictable causes, such as improper storage conditions, unsettled weather conditions and undecidable planting methods.

Please note that all the descriptions and pictorial representations in advertising material are intended for guidance only and do not constitute a warranty. Buyer warrants that he/she is an experienced grower or seeds man. New varieties should be tested for suitability before any large-scale commercial production.
