At Haitai seeds, our goal is to provide our customers the top quality products and services. Please allow us 1-3 business days to process and ship your order after receiving the payment.

Our standard shipping is with Canada post via Expedited parcel with detailed tracking information and insurance provided up to $100.00 per order.

Generally, it takes about 2-10 business days to deliver to most Canadian major cities. Agrohaitai Ltd. reserves the right to ship by any shipping method whichever is most economical. Please refer to the chart below for shipping and handling charges.

When ordering online and choosing to pick up at our store, the shipping and handling charge will be removed from your order.

Shipping to US & INTERNATIONAL

At Haitai Seeds, our goal is to get order outs as quickly as possible. Please allow us 1-3 business days to process and ship your order after receiving the payment. However, if any phytosanitary certificate is required, it may take additional 5-10 business days.

Our standard shipping is by Canada post regular mail without tracking information, no insurance and Haitai seeds is not responsible for undeliverable, lost or stolen mail. If you would prefer to use any other carriers, such as FedEx, UPS or DHL, please contact us for a quote prior to shipping.

Generally, it takes about 5-15 business days to deliver to most US major cities and 10-25 business days for other international destinations. Agrohaitai Ltd. reserves the right to ship by any shipping method whichever is most economical. Please refer to the chart below for shipping and handling charges.

Please note that taxes and duties may apply be assessed and collected upon delivery based on total order value in any international shipment. These fees are determined and imposed by government. Also, other charges such as brokerage fees and importation fees may also occur with shipping carrier for clearing order through foreign customs. Payment of all the above fees described is the responsibility of the recipient.

As seed importation rules are different in many countries, it is importer’s responsibility to check with customs for the entry requirements. We can guarantee only that we will ship out the orders from our end. Any loss and damage caused by lack of documentation or misrepresent of regulations, the importer will take solo responsibility. Also, all additional tests and certificates can be required at customer's own cost.
