Medium size. 30 to 35 days for Shanghai Miao (Shanghai Miu) and 35 to 40 days for Shanghai Pak Choy. Dark green leaves. Bright green petioles, wide and fat. Stands 13 to 20 cm (5 to 8 inches) tall. Very beautiful shape. Exhibits tolerance to both cold and heat and shows resistance to diseases. Ideal for sowing in late spring, summer, and fall seasons. Excellent choice for both Shanghai Miao and Shanghai Pak Choy.
